Quick Booking is a fast 2-minute form where you tell us your garments, address and preferred date. Detailed Booking lets you browse our full service catalogue, select specific items, and add them to a cart before checking out — ideal for larger or more complex orders.
Once you place a booking, our driver will collect your garments from your specified address on your preferred date. Once ironed, we return them to the same address. Free pickup and delivery applies to orders over $60 within our service areas across Sydney.
Most standard orders are completed and returned within 48 hours of collection. Larger orders or specialty garments (suits, formal wear) may take slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays ahead of time.
We service Sydney CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your suburb, contact us at info@sydneyironing.com.au and we will let you know.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure Stripe payment gateway, as well as cash on delivery. For card payments, a $1 deposit is charged at booking to save your card on file.
Absolutely. Many of our customers set up a regular weekly or fortnightly pickup schedule. Contact us after your first booking and we can arrange an ongoing service that suits your schedule.
