You'll receive email notifications at every step — when we pick up, when we're pressing, and when we're on our way back.

- Dry cleaning & alterations — returned the following week

Not at all. Most of our customers leave their bag at their front door, in a safe spot, or with a building concierge. Just add a note in your booking with any specific instructions for our driver.
We'll send you a notification when we've collected your items so you always know where your garments are.
Simply write your instructions on a note and leave it with your items when we collect them. Common instructions include preferred pressing temperature, delicate garments, or specific folding requests.
You can also add notes in the comments field when booking online. Our team reads every note carefully before processing your order.
No — we provide wire hangers at no extra charge. Your garments will come back neatly hung and ready to go straight into your wardrobe.
However, if you have preferred hangers (timber, velvet, or suit hangers), feel free to include them in your bag when we collect and we'll use those instead.

Yes. We take the utmost care with every garment and carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of any damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Our full pricing is on our dedicated Pricing page. Prices start from $5.50 for a casual shirt, with bundle discounts available (e.g. 5 business shirts for $27.50).
Pickup & delivery is free on orders over $60, or a flat $9.95 fee applies for smaller orders.
Payments are processed securely via credit or debit card through our online portal, CleanCloud. You'll need to create a free CleanCloud account before your first service — it only takes a minute.
Once set up, all future bookings and payments are managed through your CleanCloud account. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
There is no minimum order value. You can book for as few garments as you like. However, please note that orders under $60 will incur a flat $9.95 pickup and delivery fee. For orders over $60, delivery is completely free.
Yes — life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made before your scheduled pickup time incur no charge.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred pickup time slot. For same-day express service, please contact us directly to check same-day availability in your area.
We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a re-press at no cost to you.
